Nop Khun aka Pheap, working in Battalion, Unit 117, confessed that in 1972, Hy received the plots not to attack the enemy. In 1973, Hy received the plots again from Pheap to convince people not to join the army and to provoke soldiers to go against the revolution.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព នាទីវរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយ ពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ី ថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ហ៊ី ចូលរូមទទួលផែនការមិន សំរុកវាយខ្មាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហ៊ី ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីវា«ភាព»គឺមិនឱ្យចូលទ័ព បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងបង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយ មូលដ្ឋាន។
