Moel Marin aka Sou, soldier of office M-20, confessed that in 1974 Him, soldier of Northern zone logistics office, joined the meeting and received the plots from Chhon, chief of office, to build up forces at their own office and to provoke conflict in the offices and ministries, in order to build up spies in the revolutionary line. In March 1975, Him received a plot from Thy, chhon and Chhong, to have control over the forces in order to continue doing an activities.
មុិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរ ម-២០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹម យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរភស្ដុភារ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហ៊ឹម ចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ឆុន ប្រធានមន្ទីរ បានកសាងកម្លាំង ក្នុងកន្លែងរៀងខ្លួន បង្កទំនាស់តាមមន្ទីរ និងក្រសួង ជ្រើសកម្លាំង បង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហ៊ឹម ចូលប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ធី, ឆុន និង ឆុង ឱ្យពិនិត្យកម្លាំងចាស់ថ្មី ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបន្ដ។
