Man Simk aka Riem, Group Chief of Division 310, confessed that in August 1975, Leang indoctrinated Hakk to betray the revolution. Leang was a traitorous network of Riem. In September 1975, Hakk received plans to collect rice and salts from some house in Phnom Penh and continuously to hide them at the house of Seng who was a chief of traitorous force.
ម៉ាន ស៊ីម ហៅ រៀម មេក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ លាង អប់រំ ហាក់ ឱ្យក្បត់បាន ឯ លាង ជាមនុស្ស របស់ រៀម។ ខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហាក់ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ដើរប្រមូលអង្ករ និងអំបិលនៅតាមផ្ទះថ្ម នៅភ្នំពេញយកទៅលាក់ទុក សេង យុទ្ធជនជាមេក្បត់។
