Mot Hen aka Seung, group deputy chief of Kampong Som petroleum factory, confessed that Srong, committee of Kampong Som petroleum factory, indoctrinated Horn, former worker of Russei Keo gasoline warehouse, to betray the party. In May 1976, under the assignment of Srong, Horn came to Russei Keo gasoline warehouse to link with Nang and easily to build up traitorous forces in order to attack the Kampuchea Communist Party.
ម៉ូត ហេន ហៅ សឺង អនុប្រធានក្រុមរោងចក្របេ្រងកាតនៅ កំពង់សោម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហន កម្មករចាស់នៅឃ្លាំងសាំង ប្ញស្សីកែវថា ឈ្មោះ ហន ក្បត់បក្សតាមការអប់រំអូសទាញពីឈ្មោះ ស្រុង «គណៈកម្មាធិការរោងងចក្របេ្រងកាតកំពង់សោម»។ នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ស្រុង ចាត់តាំងឱ្យ ហ៊ន មកនៅឃ្លាំងសាំង ប្ញស្សីកែវ ដើម្បីភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយឈ្មោះ ណង់ ងាយស្រួលក្នុងការ សំរុកកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ដើម្បីវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា។
