Mon Sambo, working in power plant 2, confessed that since 1964 Ou Khon, working in power plant 2, was a former C.I.A spy of Tith Kung. In July 1975, Ou Khon received Tith Kung's plot to destroy electric generators at power plant. Ros Phuon aka Tem Savoeun, working in power plant 2, confessed that Ou Khon continued to lead his network to rebel against the revolution. Voal Sapon, working in power plant 2, confessed that Ou Khon was indoctrinated by Kolap Sarit Seila to spy on cadres of the Khmer Rouge.
ម៉ុន សំបូរ នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ខុន នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ ថា ជាខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាចាស់របស់ ទឹត គង់ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤។ នៅខែ ៧-១៩៧៥ អ៊ូ ខុន ទទួលផែនការឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន ក្នុងរោង ចក្រពី ទិត គង់។ រស់ ភួន ហៅ តែម សារឿន នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ ឆ្លើយថា អ៊ូ ខុន ធ្វើជាមេដឹកនាំប្រឆាំងនិងអង្គការបន្ដទៅទៀតក្នុង ការទំនាក់ទំនងពួកអែបអបទុកតែពួកវា។ វាល់ សាប៉ុន នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ ឆ្លើយថា អ៊ូ ខុន ទទួលការអប់រំពី កុលាប សារិតសីលាឱ្យតាម តានរកខ្មែរក្រហម។
