Laut, working in Battalion, Division 310 in Mondul Kiri, admitted that in November 1975, he was indoctrinated by Sang. In March 1976, Laut joined the meeting to sum up forces and to receive plan from Pil to fight the revolution in December 1976. For the traitorous activity, Laut took responsible to defend Mondul Kiri province.
ឡូត វរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ មណ្ឌលគីរី បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ សាង។ ដល់ខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឡូត ចូលរួមសរុបកម្លាំង និងទទួលផែនការ វាយបដិវត្ដនៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ពី ពិល។ កុ្នងភារកិច្ចក្បត់នេះ ខ្លួនមានភារកិច្ចការពារមណ្ឌលគីរី។
