Long Sam-Oeun, chief of state garment, confessed that Em, Mei, Sokh, cadre of Speu [sub-district], Min Oung, Hong, cadre of Svay Teap [sub-district], Yeung, Thung, Sem and Srass, cadre of Speu Cheung [sub-district], were Long Sam-Oeun's subordinate and took responsibility for convincing people to be tired with the revolution.
ឡុង សំអឿន ប្រធានកាត់ដេររដ្ឋ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អែម, មី, សុខ កម្មាភិបាលនៅស្ពឺ មិន, អួង, ហុង កម្មាភិបាលនៅស្វាយទាប, យើង, ធុង, សេម, និងស្រស់ កម្មាភិបាលនៅស្ពឺខាងជើង ថាឈ្មោះ ១០ នាក់នេះ ជាថ្នាក់ក្រោមរបស់វា«ឡុង សំអឿន»ហើយ ១០ នាក់នេះមានតួនាទីឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជននឿយណាយ និងរបបបដិវត្ដ។
