Long Sam Oeun aka Kun, chief of State garment, confessed that the 10 people from Speu, Speu Cheung and Svay Teap [sub-district]such as Em, My, Sokh, cadre of Speu, Min, Uong, Hong, cadre of Svay Teap, and Yeng, Thung, Srass, cadre of Speu Khang Cheung, were low ranking cadre of him. The 10 people took responsible for convincing people to alienate with the revolutionary regime.
