On December 14, 1975 the people committee arrested Sot, male, 27, and his wife called Chea for the counterfeit permit and hidden enemies. According to the interrogation, Sot confessed that he actually established the counterfeit permit and stole the nomination letter from state commerce; when he went to visit his friends. A woman called Chea was his unlawful-married wife, because they absconded from home.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ គណៈបំរើប្រជាជនបាន ឃាត់ខ្លួនជនឈ្មោះ សុត ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ២៧ ឆ្នាំ ព្រមទាំង ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ជា ពីបទក្លែងលិខិត និងសង្ស័យខ្មាំងបន្លំខ្លួន។ ឆ្លងតាម ការសួរចម្លើយ ជនឈ្មោះ សុត បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបានក្លែងក្លាយ សំបុត្រមែន បាន លួចលិខិតឧទេ្ទសនាមពីកន្លែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ពេល ដែលខ្លួនទៅលេងមិត្ដភកិ្ក។ ចំពោះប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ ជា បាន ពម្រត់គ្នា មក «ការក្រៅច្បាប់»។
