Nhean Tha aka Smei, soldier of State commerce, confessed that Hong shared the traitorous network with Chhaom and Sroan, soldier of Supply section. On 25 April 1975, Hong received a plot from Chhaom and Sroan to pretend to be sick and to persuade people to be lazy working.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជន ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋបានឆ្លើយថា ហុងជាប់ ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ឆោម និង ស្រាន់ យុទ្ធជនផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់។ នៅថ្ងៃ ២៥ មេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ហុង បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឆោម និង ស្រាន់ គឺពុតធ្វើឈឺបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យខ្ជិលធ្វើការ។
