Huot Sitha aka Det, soldier of Chraing Chamreh animals raising unit, confessed that in 1973 Leap, chief of Baray district authority's mobile commission, issued the permit to traders to sell pigs in enemy region. While, the Angkar wanted to arrest him; he fled to meet Sat and was convinced to worked as treacherous network by him. Moreover, Sat nominated Leap to persuade 3 people to flee to Kampong Cham so as to collect equipment for their network.
