Hong Sim aka Srim, working in Big cell, hospital P-31, confessed that Hai was his traitorous network who was indoctrinated to betray the party, and set up plan to give injection to patients causing to wither limps and to die of serum by following the medical technique. Moreover, Hai, who actively practice the plan, received plan to provoke people to come up with sexual misconduct.
