Um An, soldier of railroad repairing unit, confessed that Hoeung, chief of train unit group, was a C.I.A agent, who had been built up by Toek Seng Eng. In 1975, Toek Seng Eng introduced Hoeung to Um An in order to carry out anti-revolutionary activities easily. Hoeung was responsible to collect the revolutionary information so as to report them to Toek Seng Eng. In September 1975, Hoeung was assigned by Ky to receive plan from Toek Seng Eng to spread out leaflets in factories and offices, to destroy the revolutionary forces by throwing grenades and shooting, and to convince people to revolt against the revolution.
អ៊ុម អន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហឿង ប្រធានក្រុមរទេះភើ្លង ជាភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអាដែល តឹកសេង អេង កសាងបាន។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ តឹក សេងអេង បានឧទេ្ទស នាម ហឿង ឱ្យខ្លួនស្គាល់ងាយស្រួយទាក់ទងគ្នាធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ ហើយ ហឿង មានតួនាទីជាអ្នកយកពត៌មានទៅរាយការណ៍ឱ្យតឹក សេងអេង។ ចូលដល់ខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហឿង បានទទួល ផែនការពី តឹក សេងអេង តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ គ្រី ឱ្យបាចខិតបណ័្ណ តាមរោងចក្រនិងមនី្ទរ លួចបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយបោកគ្រាប់ បែក បាញ់និងអាវុធ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
