Summary confession article of Rum Kluon, called Phan, member of Ministry of Sea Transportation Northeast Zone. In 1968, Phan involved in revolutionary mobilization as courier of Barkham subdistrict. In 1969, he was educated by by Kham to became CIA with Nhou Nhor. In 1970, he became a soldier at Barkev district with Nging. In 1973, he became a member of Transportation of Northeast Zone with Vy. In 1976, he and the partisans contacted with Khuon until July 30, 1978 that he was arrested.
អត្ថបទសងេ្ខបចម្លើយរបស់ រុំ ខ្លួន ហៅ ផន សមាជិកគណៈក្រសួង ដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹកភូមិភាគឦសាន។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៨ ផន បានជាប់ ចលនាបដិវត្ដជានីរសារឃុំបខាំ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៩ ផន ទទួលការ អប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ខាំ ឱ្យធ្វើសេអ៊ីអា ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយឈ្មោះ ញូញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ផន បានធ្វើយោធាស្រុកបកែវ ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ជាមួយឈ្មោះ ងីង។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ជាសមាជិកគណៈដឹកជញ្ជូន របស់ភូមិភាគឦសាន ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយឈ្មោះ វី។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ផន និងបក្សពួកបានទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឃួន រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ៣០-កក្ដដា-១៩៧៨ ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
