Prisoner Suon San, a secretary of Serey Sophorn district and a CIA, admitted that in 1972 Chhoeun and he discussed the expansion of more treacherous forces and led his networks to destroy the Angkar's ammunition used in the battlefields.
អ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ សួន សន លេខាស្រុកសេរីសោភ័ណ្ឌ ជាសេអ៊ីអា មេឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សន និង ឈឿង បានពិភាក្សាពីការកសាងកំលាំងក្បត់បន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីងាយស្រួលធ្វើសកម្មភាព ហើយបានដឹកនាំបក្ខពួកធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញអង្គការ ដោយកំទេចគ្រាប់រំសេវរបស់អង្គការដែលបំរ៉ុងយកទៅវាយខ្មាំងនៅសមរភូមិ។
