Prisoner An Maong, a secretary of Preah Net Preah District and CIA, admitted that in November 1977, Hing ordered him to withdraw from the Boeng Reap front line to let the soldiers burn down the houses and bound those who refused to join.
អ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ អន ម៉ោង លេខាស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះ ជាខ្សែសេអ៉ីអា ឈ្មោះហ៊ឹង បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា នៅខែវិចិ្ចកា ១៩៧១ ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង ហៅ ម៉ោង និងឈ្មោះយឿន ទៅណែនាំពីបញ្ហាធ្វើសកម្មភាពតាមសមរភូមិ បើឃើញទាហានចុះមកធ្វើការ ឱយដកថយពីខ្សែត្រៀមដើម្បីឱ្យទាហានឡើងទៅដុតផ្ទះប្រជាជន ដល់ក្រោយមក ម៉ោង មានការទាក់ទងជាមួយមេកងស្វាយត្រានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ មាន នៅភូមិអូរកំពីងពួយ ដើម្បីឱយធ្វើរបងការពារ និងរំខានដល់កងទ័ពបដិវត្ត។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ហ៊ីង លើកផែនការមួយសម្រាប់ធ្វើបាបប្រជាជន ចាប់ចងប្រជាជនណាដែលមិនចូលដៃជើងជាមួយ។
