Ngann Than aka Ram, working in company of State warehouse, confessed that Hy, living at Baray district, Kampong Thom province, was a traitorous network force of Chan, working in battalion 703. From 1973 to 1974, Hy participated in an activity of killing 2 comrades and making 1 comrade wound by exploding grenade. Moreover, Hy was responsible for spying on revolutionary bases and then reported them to enemies.
ង៉ាន ថន ហៅ រ៉ម នៅអនុសេនាធំឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ី នៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ថា ហ៊ី ជាមនុស្សក្បត់ក្នុងខ្សែ របស់ឈ្មោះ ចន «វរសេនាតូច ៧០៣»។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ដល់ ១៩៧៤ ហ៊ី ចូលរួមគប់គ្រាប់បែកស្លាប់មិត្ដយើង ២ នាក់ និង របួស ១ នាក់។ ហ៊ី ចូលរួមស៊ើបរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដ រាយការណ៍ឱ្យទាហាន។
