Uon Yoeun aka Seth, group chief of state commerce, confessed that Horn, former member of company and currently in Puork district, Siem Reap region, was a former traitorous network of him. Horn took responsibility to transport rice from Sdaeng Chey village that Nhem and partisans stole from somewhere in order to prepare to attack the party in the future.
