Un Samoeun aka Phin, committee of export product screening, confessed that in May 1975 Ho, working in boat assembling unit of water transportation, joined the meeting with Khuon on traitorous activities in state warehouse at Kilometer 6. Ly Ang, working in water transportation unit, confessed that after Ho joined the meeting on assignment a leading committee to lead traitorous activities in Phnom Penh, he was nominated as a member of the committee.
