Khlok Say, member of commerce garage office, confessed that in 1971 Hy, chief of Sa-ang village, Kampong Thma sub-district, Kampong Thom province, received a plot from Yun, member of district to recruit hidden forces. In 1973, Hy also attended the meeting and received a treacherous plan from Yun to denounce [the party] and expand hidden forces.
ឃ្លោក សយ សមាជិកមន្ទីរយានដ្ឋាន ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ី ប្រធានភូមិស្អាង ឃុំកំពង់ថ្ម ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ហ៊ី ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ យន់ ជាសមាជិកស្រុក ឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំង និងលើកទិសការងារ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហ៊ី បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី យន់ ឱ្យឃោសនាបំបែកបំបាក់ និងកសាង កម្លាំង។
