Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh Energy Headquarter, confessed that Hean decided to betray the revolution and joined the new party movement, because Khuon convinced Hean that brother Chhin, brother Hean and brother Oeun, were special traitorous network of Khuon. During the war, these divisions, sometimes, directly received an order from Khuon.
