Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy headquarter, confessed that in 1969, Suy introduced Hang Song Thai, Soeun, Vuth, Sun Eng and Heng, to join the CIA agent with him. The 5 took responsible for spying on revolutionary movement at Peam Chy Kang School and reported to Chhun and continuously to Suy and Thoeung who was a Kampong Cham provincial governor.
