Tep Phalla aka Chhon, soldier of Phnom Penh energy office, conceded that Lun, Set, Lay, and Vat, former soldiers, were convinced to escape from Peam Chikang headquarter with other 14 soldiers by Suy, secretary of Cheung Prey district. Basically, they all were assigned to infiltrate into the revolution in order to destroy the revolutionary forces, and to seize the revolutionary authority in the future. Tep Phalla aka Chhun did not clarify 18 people's activities in detail.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរចាត់ការថាមពលភំ្នពេញ បាន និយាយថា ឈ្មោះ លន់, សែត, ឡាយ និង វ៉ាត ជាទាហានចាស់ ដែលឈ្មោះ ស៊ុយ លេខាស្រុកជើងព្រៃចលនាឱ្យចេញពីបន្ទាយ ពាមជីកងជាមួយទាហាន ១៤ នាក់ទៀត ដើម្បីរៀបចំចាត់តាំង បញ្ចូលពួកទាហាន១៨ នាក់ ទៅកុ្នងបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ កម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ និងដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដទៅអនាគតទៀត។ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ពីរឿង១៥ នាក់ នេះ ឱ្យបាន លំអិតទេ។
