46 CIA members, working at power plan 1, confessed that in 1973, Um Saravuth, working in power plant 3, joined the C.I.A and was a network of Chhe Chheang Sreng and Ngauv Sar. After 17 April 1975, Saravuth contacted CIA members hiding in power plant 1 in order to stage sabotage such destroying electricity machines, cuting off electricity and contact networks in Phsar Tauch power plant.
សេអ៊ីអា ៤៦ នាក់ នៅអគ្គីសនីទី ១ បានឆ្លើយពី អ៊ុំ សារ៉ាវុធ អគ្គីសនីទី ៣ ថានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ អ៊ុំ សារ៉ាវុធ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុង ខ្សែ ឆែ ឈាងសេ្រង និង ង៉ូវ សារ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ សារ៉ាវុធបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអានៅអគ្គីសនីទី១ ហើយបាន ធ្វើវិឆេ្ឆតកម្មបំផ្លាញគ្រឿងយន្ដអគ្គីសនី និងរួមសកម្មភាពជាមួយ ពួកបណ្ដាញផ្សារតូចផ្ដាច់ចរន្ដអគ្គីសនីជាញឹកញាប់។
