Seng Leang Kry aka Chhoel, Chief of Small-Cell 502, confessed that since 1972 Uy Viset aka Khouen, Political Battalion 502, had betrayed the party. In February 1972, Uy Viset set plan to his networks to increase a number of forces and to provoke soldiers to betray the revolution.
