Seng Soeun, working in productive cell, Region 15, confessed that in August 1976 Seng Soeun convinced Y to betray the party. Y was responsible for convincing people in Sre Andaung cooperative to conflict with the collectively regime and was a secrete force in White Khmer party who served as secretary of Kampong Os sub-district.
