The report on the S-21 K prisoners' conditions between February 29, 1976 and March 7, 1976: 1) the prisoners did not have trouble with health because most of them worked and ate hygienic food but less soups and the patients had a diarrhea; 2) A number of rooms were quite clean but bad smell and the prisoners' houses were also clean but rubbish was still scattered; 3) The guards were vigilant but not intelligent enough while the prisoners were eating.
សេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍អ្នកទោស ស-២១ គ ពីថ្ងៃ២៩ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៦ និង ថ្ងៃ៧ មីនា ១៩៧៦។ ១) អ្នកទោសមាន សុខភាពមិនសូវឈឺទេ មួយចំនួនធំចេញធ្វើពលកម្ម បាយទឹកមាន អនាម័យសម្លស្លរតិចពេក អ្នកឈឺមានជម្ងឺរាគ។ ២) បន្ទប់មួយចំនួន ស្អាតគួរសម តែខ្លះធុំក្លិនស្អុយជុំវិញផ្ទះដាក់អ្នកទោសបានស្រឡះ ហើយ តែនៅមានសំរាម។ ៣) បញ្ហាកងការពារមានការប្រុង ប្រយ័ត្ន តែមិនឈ្លាសវៃពេលអ្នកទោសស៊ីបាយ។
