Sao Sokhon, train worker, confessed that Nou Roeung, Bav, Chhun, An, My and Chhaom, former train workers, were C.I.A agents. After 17 April 1975, they hid in the revolutionary units in order to destroy trains. They then received a traitorous plan from Tuon Keo to destroy train machines, to interrupt a movement of production transport, to prepare to attack the party, to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to set plan to take over the train factory on December 31, 1976.
សៅ សុខុន កម្មកររថភ្លើងឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ នូ រឿង, បាវ, ឈុន, អាន, មី និង ឆោម ថា អ្នកទាំង ៦ នាក់នេះ ជាកម្មកររថភ្លើង ចាស់ និងជាភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ពួកទាំង៦នាក់នេះចូលមកបង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីបំផ្លាញរថភ្លើង។ ពួកនេះទទួលផែនការពី ទួន កែវ ឱ្យបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនរថភ្លើង រាំងស្ទះ ចលនាដឹកជញ្ជូនផលិតផល ត្រៀមវាយបក្សបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ និងត្រៀមក្ដាប់រោងចក្ររថភ្លើងថ្ងៃ៣១ ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
