Hum Hour, deputy chief of division 310 company, confessed that in 1973, Mon invited his networks to join the traitorous plan. During the meeting, Lan, cadre of company, Thuon, and Hum Hour were assigned to keep on carrying out activities to withdraw troop from front line and to convince combatants to defect their unit.
