ឈ្មោះ យក់ ជាប្រជាជននៅភូមិត្រពាំងទឹម សង្កាត់ល្អក់ ខេត្ដ សៀមរាប បានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ាន កាលពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ហើយបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅទាក់ទងទាហាន តាមរយៈសំបុត្រ។
