Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, confessed that in the old regime, Hay Meng, former administrative secretary in train ticket selling section, currently working in train unit, contacted CRF organization and joined the republic party. In November 1973, Sokh Nann joined the C.I.A in the CRF office and convinced workers to oppose to the communist regime.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហាយ ម៉េង អតីតលេខាធិការផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល និងលក់សំបុត្ររទេះភើ្លង បច្ចុប្បន្នកម្មកររទេះភើ្លង កាលពីសង្គមចាស់ មានការទាក់ទងអង្គការ សេ អ៊ែរ អែស និងចូលគណៈបក្សសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ខ្លួនចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅការិយាល័យសេអ៊ែរអែស ហើយបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនីស្ដ។
