San Dim, working in Political Company, Division 310, admitted that in June 1976, Yoeun, working in Political Company, Division 310, received traitorous plan from Yeat to destroy Preah Ketomealea hospital, and to collect traitorous forces and weapon. In July 1977, Yoeun was assigned by Voeung to provoke combatants into having moral offenses.
