Srei Lam aka Phoap, Chief of Division 310 Messenger Group, confessed that in April 1976, Yuk and Hean, Deputy Chiefs of Battalion 312 Big Unit, Division 310, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Ek, working in battalion, to mobilize forces to destroy the revolutionary equipment, to incite combatants not to work hard, and to shoot cadres to get their guns.
ឈ្មោះ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសារកងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថានៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ យុក និង ហ៊ាន អនុកងធំ វរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ឯក វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ បដិវត្ដ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យអសកម្មការងារនិងបាញ់សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យកកាំភើ្លង។
