Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sien, cadre of Platoon, Crippled Office K-4, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a treacherous meeting to review a core traitor. At the time, Teu, cadre of Battalion K-4, reported that Sien could serve the treacherous activitie in the future.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៀន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច វរសេនាតូច ក-៤ ពិការ កងពល ៣១០ ថានៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ ពេលនោះទឺ កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច ក-៤ រាយការណ៍ថា សៀន ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បានទៅអនាគត។
