Chhun Chrech aka Rom, soldier of Reussey Keo energy unit, confessed that in August 1975, Smei invited Hiek to come eating cakes at his house; during eating, he constantly asked Hiek for the information. After getting to the bottom of Hiek's weak-point, Smei convinced Hiek to work as traitorous network. From that time, Hiek frequently stole medicines and changed them for chicken and ducks of the people, who lived in the east of river bank; they were slaughtered for food at Smei's house. Chhun Chrech aka Rom did not confirm their activities in detail.
ឈ្មោះ ឈុន ច្រិច ហៅ រ៉ុម យុទ្ធជនថាមពលឫស្សីកែវ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ស្មី បានហៅឈ្មោះ ហៀក បុគ្គលិកពេទ្យ ប្រចាំថាមពលបេ្រងឫស្សីកែវ មកហូបនំនៅផ្ទះ របស់ខ្លួន។ ហូបនំបណ្ដើរ ស្មី សួរនាំ ហៀក បណើ្ដរ។ ក្ដាប់បាន ចំណុចខ្សោយរបស់ ហៀក បាន ស្មី អប់រំ ហឿក ឱ្យចូលខ្សែ ក្បត់។ ចាប់ពីពេលនោះមក ហៀក តែងតែលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យយកទៅដូរ មាន់, ទា ប្រជាជននៅត្រើយខាងកើតមកកាច់ស៊ីនៅផ្ទះស្មី។ សកម្មភាពផេ្សង ទៀត រ៉ុម ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
