Ly Ang aka Heng Kim An conceded that in 1964, Hang, Secretary of Region 103, Preah Vihear province, worked in Pracheachun Newspaper. In December 1964, Hang was a network of Ya and Keo Meas and joined the meeting over withdrawing treacherous forces to build up support base in rural area. In October 1965, Hang and Ya went to the rural area. In 1972, Chea, secretary of region 103, additionally indoctrinated Ly Ang aka Heng Kim An with traitorous policy. Between 1974 and 1975, Hang received plan from Ya to help to instruct Ly Ang aka Heng Kim An, after he joined the meeting with Ya over increasing in hidden forces in cooperatives so as to fight to get the authority.
ឈ្មោះ លី អាង ហៅ ហេង គឹមអាន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហង់ លេខាតំបន់ ១០៣ ព្រះវិហារ បំរើការនៅកាសែតប្រជាជនកុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤។ នៅខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤ ហង់ បានក្លាយទៅជាមនុស្ស របស់ឈ្មោះ យ៉ា និងកែវ មាស ហើយបានប្រជុំដកកម្លាំងក្បត់ ទៅ កសាងមូលដ្ឋានបង្អែកនៅជនបទ។ នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥ ហង់ បាន ចេញដំណើរ ទៅជនបទជាមួយ យ៉ា។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ ជា លេខាតំបន់ ១០៣ អប់រំខ្លួន«គឹម អាន» បន្ថែមពីនយោបាយក្បត់។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ ហង់ បានទទួលការណែនាំពី យ៉ា ឱ្យមកជួយ ណែនាំខ្លួន «គឹម អាន»បន្ទាប់មកចូលប្រជុំជាមួយ យ៉ា ដើម្បីពង្រីក កម្លាំងបញ្ចូលតាមសហករណ៍នានាដើម្បីក្ដាប់រដ្ឋអំណាច។
