Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in Division 290 Big Unit, admitted that he indoctrinated Yem, working in logistical Battalion, Division 290, to become traitor. In 1976, he and Yem were assigned to prepare shooting the revolutionary cadres dead, to provoke conflict in the revolutionary line, and to gather remaining forces to flee to Vietnam in order to equip them with weapon for fighting back the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ យ៉ែម ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ជាមនុស្សដែល ខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ កុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង យ៉ែម បានទទួល ផែនការត្រៀមបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដ ឃោសនា ខៃ ទំនាស់កុ្នងជួរ បដិវត្ដ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងដែលនៅសេសសល់រត់ទៅស្រុកយួន ដើម្បី បង្កទ័ពវាយបកលើបដិវត្ដវិញ។
