Nhim Chhon aka Hang, Deputy Chief of Region 41 security, confessed that Yeng, female member of Samporng Chey sub-district, Cheung Prey district, region 41, was Dek's traitorous network. In April 1974, Yeng received treacherous plan from Dek to convince male and female combatants to defect their unit, to provoke conflict from zone to zone, and to re-construct big houses to be small houses in order to incite people to have conflict with the revolution and then to flee to the enemy.
ឈ្មោះ ញឹម ឆុន ហៅ ហង់ អនុប្រធានសនិ្ដសុខ តំបន់៤១ បាន និយាយថា នារីឈ្មោះ យ៉េង សមាជិកឃុំសំពងជៃ ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ តំបន់ ៤១ ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះ ដែក។ នៅខែ ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នារី យ៉េង ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ដែក ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ បង្កទំនាស់រវាងភូមិភាគ និងភូមិភាគ រុះរើ ផ្ទះប្រជាជនធំមកសង់តូចៗ ដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាជនទំនាស់ជាមួយបដិវត្ដ រត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
