Hong Sim aka Srim, working in hospital P-31, confessed that Hoeun, deputy chief of hospital P-31 group, was a person, who had been built up to work as traitor by him [Hong Sim aka Srim]. After that, Hong Sim aka Srim assigned Hoeun technically to cause patients to wither limb and to be dead by injecting serum and to provoke combatants into having moral offenses. Hoeun then actively carried out this assignment.
ឈ្មោះ ហុង ស៊ីម ហៅ ស្រ៉ីម កងធំពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហឿន អនុក្រុមពេទ្យ ព-៣១ ជាមនុស្សរបស់ខ្លួនកសាងឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ បន្ទាប់មកខ្លួនបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យ ហឿន ចាក់ថ្នាំឱ្យខូចដៃជើងអ្នកជម្ងឺ ចាក់សេរ៉ូមឱ្យស្លាប់តាមបចេ្ចកទេស និងបំផុស រឿងសីលធម៌ស្រីញី។ ក្រោយមក ហឿន បានអនុវត្ដតាមផែនការ នេះយ៉ាងសកម្មបំផុត។
