Hing Neou, under secretary of Battalion 512, Regiment 51, brigade 502, confessed that he was instructed by Saom to join CIA. In 1973-1974, Ma called for a meeting to set plan to expand the connection force and to assault the floating enermy, and committed the traitorous activities until being arrested.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីង នៅ អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ៥១២ វរសេនាធំ ៥១ កងពល ៥០២ បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ សោម អប់រំឱ្យចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣-១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ា បានហៅ មកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យខ្លួនពង្រីកកម្លាំងទាក់ទងគ្នា និងវាយខ្មាំងបណ្ដែត និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ៩-៦-១៩៧៧ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
