Huot Bauphana aka Mum, former C.I.A member and new farmer of Bary district, Kampong Thom peovince, confessed that Hoeung, new farmer of Svay village, Baray district, Kampong Thom province, was a former professor of English language in Phnom Penh. After April 17, 1975 Hoeung was forcibly evacuated to live in Svay village, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. After that, Huot Bauphana was convinced to betray [the revolution]by Taing Sivleng who currently was arrested. In July 1976, Hoeung joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Taing Sivleng to spread out non-revolutionary words in order to persuade people not to believe the revolutionary Angkar, to mobilize forces to get ready to fight the revolution, and to distribute heart signal identity cards to C.I.A members.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ួត បូផាណា ហៅ មុំ ជាអតីតសេអ៊ីអា ជាកសិករថ្មី នៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ តំបន់កំពង់ធំ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហឿង កសិករថ្មីនៅភូមិស្វាយ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ អតីតជា សាស្ដ្រាចារ្យភាសាអង់គេ្លសនៅភំ្នពេញ។ ក្រោយ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ជម្លៀសទៅនៅភូមិស្វាយ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ បន្ទាប់មក តាំង ស៊ីវឡេង«ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ» បានអូសទាញឱ្យក្បត់ជា មួយខ្លួន។ នៅខែ ៧-១៩៧៦ ហឿង បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែន ការក្បត់ពី តាំង ស៊ីវឡេង ឱ្យបំផុសពាក្យមិនបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីបះបោរ ប្រជាជនឱ្យអស់ជំនឿលើអង្គការបដិវត្ដ និងឃោសនាប្រមូលកម្លាំង ត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ ហើយបានចែកផ្លាកសញ្ញាបេះដូងដល់សមាជិក សេអ៊ីអា សំរាប់សំគាល់។
