In An, Soldier of Division 502, conceded that Laot was the Chief of Division 502 Children Unit. During the war, Laot was cadre of Division 11 Military School and used to receive the assignment from Phal. Laot was currently convincing combatants to defect their unit. After April 17, 1975 Phal assigned Laot to keep on carrying out this activity.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ិន អាន យោធាកងពល ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡោត ប្រធានអង្គភាពកុមារ កងពល ៥០២។ កាលកុ្នងសង្គ្រាម ឡោត ជាកម្មាភិបាលនៅកុ្នងសាលាកងពល ១១ ធ្លាប់ទទួលការ ចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះ ផល។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ឡោត បានធ្វើការបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។ ក្រោយ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ផល បានណែនាំ ឡោត ឱ្យបន្ដអនុវត្ដផែនការនេះដដែល។
