Sep Man, guard of Prey Sa prison, confessed that in 1973, he explained the problem of negotiating with enemy during bombing B-52 to Prakk Phon aka Keat. Prakk Phon aka Keat convinced people to have conflict with the revolution, and incited combatants to get married in order to escape from the military recruitment. Prakk Phon aka Keat built up guerrilla, and provided rice, cloths, and medicines collected from people to guerrilla.
ឈ្មោះ សែប ម៉ន នាយឆ្មាំគុកព្រៃស បាននិយាយថានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ ផុន ហៅ គាត ត្រូវបានខ្លួនបំផុសពីបញ្ហាចរចា ជាមួយខ្មាំងកុ្នងពេលទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកបេ ៥២។ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យ ទំនាស់ជាមួយបដិវត្ដ ចលនាយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរៀបចំគ្រួសារដើម្បីគេច យោធា។ ប្រាក់ ផុន ហៅ គាត បានបង្កើតចោរព្រៃ ហើយបាន យកអង្ករ ក្រណាត់ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ដែលរៃអង្គាសពីប្រជាជនទៅឱ្យពួក ចោរព្រៃ។
