Sao Sokhon, worker of train unit, admitted that in 1970, Hoeun, worker of train unit, was C.I.A member and commando. In December 1975, Hoeun was assigned to work in his former unit by the Angkar. After that, Tuon Keo, chief of steam engine technicians, indoctrinated Hoeun to work as traitor, and nominated him to provoke new and old workers into having conflict, and cooperatively prepared to fightback the revolution with external forces. Until May 1976, the permanent activity was constantly struck the party line.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សុខុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហឿន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង ជាសេអ៊ីអា និងជាកុម្ម៉ង់ដូកុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ដល់ ខែ ១២-១៩៧៥ ហឿន បានចូលធ្វើការនៅកន្លែងចាស់វិញតាម ការចាត់តាំងរបស់អង្គការ។ ក្រោយមកទៀត ទួន កែវ ប្រធាន បចេ្ចកទេសយន្ដចំហាយបានអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ ហើយឱ្យ ហឿន ធ្វើការ បំផុសកម្មករចាស់ថ្មីឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នា និង ត្រៀមខ្លួនរួមវាយបដិវត្ដ ជាមួយកម្លាំងមកពីក្រៅ។ ដល់ខែ៥ ១៩៧៦ សកម្មភាពអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ គឺវាយប្រហារមាគ៌ាបក្ស។
