Chheng Kimsun, president of ministry of culture, child Education department of central zone, confessed his traitorous activities in 1969, he joined CIA through Sok Sam Ou, chief of Kampong Chin subdistrict, Staong district. In 1971, he spied on economics unit at Staong district together with Sun, CIA agent, secretary of Staong district. Since 1972, he had worked for CIA to gather the force, and destroy revolutionary force, as well as destroying revolutionary materials until July 09, 1978, he was arrested.
ឈ្មោះ ឆេង គឹមសុន ប្រធានក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ផ្នែកអប់រំកុមាររបស់ ភូមិភាគកណ្ដាល បានឆ្លើយពីសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៩ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈ សុក សំអូ មេឃុំកំពង់ចិន ស្រុកស្ទោង។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ គឹមសុន ចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួនក្នុងអង្គភាព សេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុកស្ទោង ហើយភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយឈ្មោះ សុន លេខាស្រុកស្ទោង។ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ រហូតមក គឹម សុន បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអា កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផ្លាញ កម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ និងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ៩-កក្ដដា-១៩៧៨ ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
