កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Men Sakhan aka Mol, deputy chief of commerce office, conceded that in January 1, 1975 Sou, second deputy chief of commerce registration, and Soeun, deputy chief of commerce importing registration, were appointed by Nhem to works as a Khuon's reporter. In 1975, Khuon assigned Sou and Soeun to take part in an activity of destroying revolutionary forces in Phnom Penh battlefield.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉េន សាខន ហៅ ម៉ុល អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ូ អនុប្រធានទី ២ បញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឈ្មោះ សឿន អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរបញ្ជីផលិតផលនាំចេញ ត្រូវបាន ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម កសាងបាន ហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ឃួន នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ១ ១៩៧៥។ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ស៊ូ និង សឿន រួមបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅសមរភូមិភំ្នពេញឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
