Mao Sokha aka Lum, assistant to Division 450, confessed that in April 1974, Lan, chief of Trapp sub-district, Batheay district, Kampong Cham province, joined the meeting with him [Mao Sokha aka Lum]and received plan from Mai, secretary of tank regiment in Phnom Penh, to build up Free Khmer forces, to destroy the revolutionary forces, cadres and combatants, and to raid on the revolutionary offices.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុខា ហៅ លំ ជំនួយការកងពល ៤៥០ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ ៤-១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ឡន ប្រធានឃុំត្រប់ ស្រុកបាធាយ កំពង់ចាម បានចូលប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួន ដើម្បីទទួលផែនការពី ណៃ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងរថក្រោះភំ្នពេញ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី និងឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន និងវាយឆ្មក់តាម មន្ទីរ បដិវត្ដ។
