Keo Huon, worker of Train Unit, confessed that in July 1976, Yong Chhan, chief of steam engine train group, received an order from Nop Yoeun to build up forces in order to revolt against the revolution, to destroy train factory, and to break up railroads on August 12, 1976.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ ហួន កម្មកររថភើ្លងបាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ យ៉ុង ឆន ប្រធានក្រុមយន្ដចំហាយរថភើ្លង បាន ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃឿន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ឱ្យកំទេចរោងចក្ររថភើ្លង និងកំទេចផ្លូវរថភើ្លងនៅថ្ងៃ១២ ខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
