Nhem Suong aka Phann, cadre of State Fishing, confessed that Srong, Committee of Kerosine Factory in Kampong Som, was a revisionist having sexual misconduct with a number of women. Soem Sat, [member of]Committee of Industry Ministry, confessed that Srong was secretly assigned to grasp a joint situation in Kampong Som, specifically supervise workers to stage riot.
