Hao Seng conceded that Prum Chhin, worker of textile factory T-4, was an ex-worker of Seng Thai textile factory. In 1973, Prum Chhin joined the CIA. On April 17, 1975, Prum Chhin worked at textile factory T-4 and cooperated with Say Sarin's treacherous network.
ឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ឈិន តម្បាញត-៤ អតីតកម្មកររោងចក្រតម្បាញសេង ថៃ។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ព្រំ ឈិន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ហើយដល់ថ្ង១៧-៤-៧៥ មកធ្វើការនៅត-៤ ដោយ ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ សយ សារិន។
